Annotation Field is a Drupal module which allows annotation for video, audio, images, and text.

This site demonstrates some of the functionality currently possible.

• View other people's annotations.
• Try annotating a youtube clip, an image or text (click 'Add Annotation' above).

To decrease how much spam monitoring we do for the site, I've restricted anonymous annotations to title and tags, but the module allows for text body fields or any other field and node types in Drupal.
